Technically it will be Fuel/Newton the upstream version of Fuel from the
openstack community.
F10 the commercial downstream version is going to come in end of March to
accomodate kubernetes based openstack control plane.
It will be too late for D. The new F10 architecture will come in
Fuel for Newton (OPNFV D release) is based on Ubuntu LTS 16.04 and will use
4.4 stock kernel.
There is no plan to update OVS, libvirt, QEMU. So what you get from Ubuntu
LTS is what you see on the system,
we will not override like we are doing with 14.04.
If you need something that is not in 16.04,
