Fuel for Newton (OPNFV D release) is based on Ubuntu LTS 16.04 and will use 4.4 stock kernel. There is no plan to update OVS, libvirt, QEMU. So what you get from Ubuntu LTS is what you see on the system, we will not override like we are doing with 14.04. If you need something that is not in 16.04,
