still a serious issue with the ath79 ubnt-xm devices, that they will not
allow sysupgrade anymore due to OOM-Killer killing sysupgrade.

Sysupgrade is broken on ath79 ubnt-xm, due to oom-killer killing sysupgrade.
We have two options:
1) Finding more processes to kill before doing sysupgrade
2) Move ath79 ubnt-xm to tiny like I did in the PR:
