Could you rebase it to current trunk.
You should probably create a subtarget like target/linux/x86/kvm_guest/
for Hyper-V and activate there CONFIG_HYPERV=y and CONFIG_HYPERV_STORAGE=y

Here's my take on adding the Hyper-V support for the current kernel. No new
sub targets or profiles are created, as long as the target is x8
