John, I've found gpl source code at smc for 7904,
and maybe we can ask for the source code for 7908.
Can you take a look to the router I sent you to see
if it is an SMC or an Astoria and (if it is SMC)
send me the serial number to ask for the source code?

and they told me to do a "hard reset":
- press for 15 secs reset button (router was on)
- unplug router's power (keep reset button p
