scapi has done some work and the results are being "wiki-ed". He has
both F1 and F3 under test.

The most important thing was getting the boards into UART mode.

Current work on P-2812HNU-FX has focused on documentation and a hardware
patch to allow boot from UART.
ie, ensure there is a path for unbricking and safe testing.
