I very sure , SVN 17220 LUCI can't work.
i backup SVN 15XXX, is ok.
so,my mi424(ixp425) hardware is OK.

When compiling a kernel prepared for all packages, then bridge
firewalling is enabled inside the kernel.
This leads to "unexpected" behaviour for newbies and normal users: they
can not access other devices on the LAN.
Therefore disable bridge firewalli

I have done a significant reworking of /etc/preinit to make it more
modular and customizable. It is now possible to configured things like
the failsafe ip. It is also possible to easily customize what happens
in preinit and failsafe.
I am working on a project in which use the failsafe mode as
then something else is wrong and luci not working only a symptom ..
