Figured out the magic for the second Ethernet interface. Tested on a
tew-652brp hardware but expecting it should work on the similar
tew-632brp and d-link dir-615 c1.

We do not have xtables-addons in openwrt as I see.
In kernel 2.6.28 these patches do not work:
