is there a bugzilla (or other bugtracking tool) for OpenVPN available where I
can submit bug reports (there's nothing mentioned on the homepage regarding
that)?

That bug is already fixed in the subversion repository:

and will be released in 2.1-beta6 this week.
As far as bug reporting is concerned, we haven't yet set up a formal bug

It looks like OpenVPN 2.0.2 only considers the first peer in UDP P2P
mode. I am in a situation where, from my laptop, the remote end is at
one of three different remote addresses depending on where I connect
from. The second and third addresses are never tried.
I worked around the problem by
