Sure, no problem!
When I uses OpenVPN 2.2.2 on Windows 7 64-bit I also could execute
openvpn in console with any config-file and the connection was
established.
Now with OpenVPN 2.3 alpha the TLS config files works fine with GUI
but not via console. Via console the connection will be established
enVPN 2.2.2 generated such a lot of HMAC
errors with same config-files)

I tried to install OpenVPN 2.3 alpha
(openvpn-install-2.3_alpha3-I001-x86_64) - OpenvPN 2.2.2 doesn't work
on Windows 7 64-bit. It generates HMAC-erros on client side.
Now with OpenvPN 2.3 alpha the TLS configfile works fine (none error in logfile)
