I just wanted to see if there is a way to revive the floating-tls
inclusion process. I think it is currently stalled on the patch's use
of a new opcode, and there isn't really a clear process to resolve
whether that is or isn't acceptable.

To allow seamless roaming of our robots at willowgarage
(http://willowgarage.com), I have put together a patch that allows TLS
connections to float. I would like to put this patch up for critique
and possible inclusion into mainline openvpn. The general approach has
been to prefix a few bytes
