I have received two reports from one FreeBSD-based user (Lars Schotte,
Cc'd) that OpenVPN appears to not work with tap/bridged mode on FreeBSD
-CURRENT, which is slated to become FreeBSD 12.0

For future patches, please send them inline, not as an attachment, if
possible ("git send-email" is the best way) - the attachment will stop
patchwork from "seeing" them, and it creates an extra step for me when
applying.

The "git complains" part was due to patch context still talking about
ENABLE_CRYPTO, which doesn't exist anymore in master - easily workarounded.

Thanks for re-sending. Unfortunately, it's not complete - it adds
"remote_end", but never initializes it in the TARGET_FREEBSD branch.
So it sort of works because it happens to puts 0.0.0.
