Is there any instruction about how to compile OpenVPN in windows?
I m looking for which compiler to use VC++ or Borland C++? and any
options have to be added to the EDI file, etc?

If one time passwords are used in the authentication is there a way to tell
openvpn to renegotiate the SSL but not AUTH to prevent disconnection after
every renegotiation?
Or is the only way to use One Time Passwords to set --reneg-sec to something
really high?

As far as I know OpenVPN can be compiled under any C++ compiler. There is
the obvious Microsoft choice (Visual C++ or Visual Studio); there are also
free compilers available (Cygwin/GCC and/or Dev-C++/MinGW)
