After updating nvt/scap data I had the problem of being unable to see any
reports.
I'm seeing lots of errors in the openvasmd.log file like
sql_exec_internal: sqlite3_step failed: database disk image is malformed
sql_prepare_internal: sqlite3_prepare failed: no such table: cert.sqlite_master

Ayo,
What version of OpenVAS are you running? 8 or 9?
Did you reboot OpenVAS after it was initially working to get the "redis"
error?

Hello Everyone,
I have OPENVAS9 on Kali Linux 2017.3.
I have a VM with 16GB ram memory, 16 processors and disk space over 10GB.
My tasks (mask /24) often do not end due to the error reported in the
attached log file.
Whenever this happens, I execute the commands below to normalize:
openvas-stop
re
OpenVAS 9
I think I did reboot but not sure though.

There’s a known issue that rebooting OpenVAS9 will cause redis to continue
crashing. No way around it other than reinstalling version 9 or reverting to
version 8.
