Today the greenbone-scapdata-sync worked perfectly, with no error. My new
server is fine, and an older server has updated correctly.
Thank you to whomever may have fixed something in the rsync!

I'm having the same problem on Kali. It appears that the OpenVAS feed
server 89.146.224.58 is blocking communication on port 873, which is used
for SCAP sync.
