We discussed the policy on third party apis this week at the PPB meeting. We
decided to take it to the mailing list for discussion so we can get to some
reasonable things to vote on in next weeks meeting.

New point for the agenda. We have stuff that needs to go into
openstack-common, and we don't really have a PTL for stuff there. Who manages

This seems fine to me if we assume that the powers and responsibility of a core
dev is approving code for merge into trunk. I think as the project grows, it
might be useful to include more a linux-style hierarchy where there are core
maintainers of different sections of the code. This could ea
