If you’re terminating SSL at HAproxy, look into the ‘SECURE_PROXY_SSL_HEADER’
and related parameters.

"puppet agent -t" is running without error now:

Ah. Yes I had another version/release of puppet-keystone on to my puppet
master and I thought I could get rid of by doing ...

# mv keystone keystone-incorrect
... and then copying the correct (stable/Juno) release to
/etc/puppetlabs/p
