We have 6 keystone servers on 2 datacenters on 6 different servers behind 2
Load Balancers.
One server rotates the tokens and then send the files to the rest of the
servers via rsync --delete.

I just installed newton release either on ubuntu or centos7.
On ubuntu no issues.
On centos I can logon on dashboard only with addim users and not with
users with role "user".
If I change my demo user from role user to role admin, it can logon on
dashboard.

It is resolved. Actually, I am installing Infra and Compute on my
virtualbox VMs. Both these VMs are having NAT adapter and this was giving
IP to VM in the same subnet as was being assigned to containers in Infra
node. Ultimately, routing rules at Infra node were
