With resepect to Openstack 3rd Party Ci,
Whenever I run the Jenkins job manually on sandbox, I got these kind of errors
for different runs
For 1st run, I get Keystone based errors
For 2nd run I get mysql root password based errors (the past error goes away)
For 3rd run I get rabbitmq local

I have got the Openstack CI (Jenkins master and slave node running) up and
running . But then I have the following doubts:
[1] In Tempest testing I have "Neutron skipped". Is this accepted for sandbox
tempest full testing. How to enable to Neutron ??

There were a couple problems... nova seemed very sure we were over
quota

The machines motherboard was replaced but we're (AFAIK) still waiting
on the iLO to be registered with DHCP on the mgmt plane. Once thats
done we should be able to feed it to nova-BM and be happy happy happy.
