[OpenStack-Infra] stack.sh fails after healing migration change for Netscaler CI.

Hi all, Netscaler CI is blocked because of this<https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1342507> issue. Could you share the details if anyone was able to mitigate the issue/ is there any workaround to make stack.sh running successfully. Thanks , Parikshit
