Did you install zuul from pip or from the master branch of the git repo [1]?
Only the install from the git repo supports as option “promote” and it can be
used for your needs.
In order to check if your install supports this option, try a “zuul —help” and
check the list of “valid comm

It seems that the actual problem is the connection between Jenkins and Zuul. We
have had a similar issue once and reinstalling the gearman jenkins plugin fixed
the problem for us.
The error actually says, from what I know, that the job it tries to start is
not registered with Zuul.

We are currently fixing all links to open in the browser. Will get back very
soon with the confirmation that all has been implemented. We will also make
sure that even the rootwrap.d folders that are currently as tar.gz will be
