I apply a 3rd part testing account several weeks ago.Now I find I
should renew information of that account.
So I want to ask that how could I change info of an existing 3rd part testing
account.Should I send another email,or just manual modify it on some web pages?

Initially Zuul used to work as intended.
But in my CI setup, certain options like, 'footer-message',
'merge-failure-message' etc..are not supported though they are mentioned in the
ZUUL documentation.
Also, I haven't found zuul-merger in /usr/local/bin/ .
So i have updated ZUUL code
According to my own experience, also check if there are any zombie Zuul
processes. If there are, restart won't take effect. Kill them manually first.
