Me too. I think it'd make a lot of sense since he's already a PTL, though
i18n is specific in that they mostly work in Zanata (and he's an admin
there).

I know this is a little unorthodox based off our current process, but after the
PTG I was looking at our reviews/commits and the openstack-manuals repo now has
a *lot* of i18n patches that are highly relevant to Frank Kloeker (eumel8), the
new i18n PTL.
