[openstack-dev] collect up and down time for deployed openstack resources

Hi, We aim at collecting inter failures time for the compute and network resources (i.e., availability and reliability of each resource). Is there any mean via Restfull to collect these metrics ? If not, which OpenStack/celiometer/heat modules may be extended in order to collect this information

[openstack-dev] [Monasca] Where Monasca stores collected Data?
