[openstack-dev] Printing to stdout

Hi all, I am a new contributor. While poking around, I thought that a standard way to print information to stdout is necessary in a number of places. Is there a plan to put this into oslo? I could not find any existing blueprint on this. I'd be happy to take care of this. Thanks _
