Unfortunately i couldn't find any resource - blueprint/ document/ examples/
presentations about my below use case, hence the question i'm raising now
(if this is not the best place to ask, please let me know).

Proposal C, VLAN-aware-VMs, is about trying to integrate VLAN traffic from VMs
with Neutron in a more tightly fashion.
It terminates the VLAN at the port connected to the VM. It does not bring in
the VLAN concept further into Neutron. This is done by mapping each VLAN from
the VM to a neutron
