Hi team,
I would like to propose adding XiYuan Wang(wxy) and Hao Wang(wanghao) for the
Zaqar core team. They have been awesome contributors since joining the Zaqar
team about 6 months ago. And now they are currently the most active non-core
reviewers on Zaqar projects for the last 90 days[1].
