Looks like in many OpenStack projects several most "hardcode"
recommendations are added to "ignore", because it's becoming really hard to
rewrite these amounts sometimes. I propose doing the same way and remove
this restrictions one by one in the future, or we'll never fit into these
requirements.
This is also relevant for python-fuelclient.
