It's currently possible to add to, or completely replace, the
"locations" for an image with status "queued",
I tried icehouse-rc1 in my libvirt-Xen environment, and found that
instance launches were failing. Some digging determined that it was
caused by use of the libvirt VIR_DOMAIN_START_PAUSED flag, which is
not supported with Xen. I was about to report this when Google found:

I've been playing with an icehouse build grabbed from fedorapeople. My
hypervisor platform is libvirt-xen, which I understand may be
deprecated for icehouse(?) but I'm stuck with it for now, and I'm
using VLAN networking. It almost works, but I have a problem with
networking. In havana, the VIF get
