I'm testing openstack ocata using xenserver 7.1 as hypervisor, set up
networking using neutron and tenant network VLAN.
Instance failed to launch and nova-compute.log give an error like :

I had this issue. Since Newton you have to do one extra thing[1] on the
XenServer (Dom0):
rm /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-bridge*
