If you are using devstack, I think you just need to set libvert_type=kvm, then run stack.sh, it will set it up for you if you had KVM supported on that machine. Also an article to help you with it can be found here. http://docs.openstack.org/developer/devstack/guides/devstack-with-nested-kvm.html
