if that is the interface for your dhcp server it won't traffic any

You do not need the last two lines in your instances did you log in and try
manual settings does it work?

I'm trying to enable vxlan.
I successfully started an instance, but the instance cant' get IP address from
DHCP agent.
I get an error message in dhcp.log:
