maybe a mis-matched hash_path_(prefix|suffix) in swift.conf on the account

I've set a new Swift installation for development.
When I try to create an account or a container, swift-proxy gives me a
201 response but a GET query on the created ressource returns a 404
error.
I think I found the problem: The account-replicator detect an error and
revert the creation
