I've deployed owncloud + keystone + swift successfully for PoC.
According to my tests, owncloud trunk provides better support to swift
adaptor.

time ago (https://github.com/owncloud/core/pull/5468) and all test cases

Yes, swift is supported as a file store backend of OwnCloud, including
with Keystone support.
