Hi venkatesh,
According the log you show, the cinder-volume node can’t connect the
DB, so it will not work normally.
Have you checked the network between cinder-volume node and controller node?
Is it normal when you ping ‘controller’ using hostname or ip address
in cinder-volume node?

I am try to install the BLOCK STORAGE. Successfully sync the database also.
In control node* hit the command cinder service-list*
