Can Neutron support multiple mechanism drivers on the same compute node? I
thought the answer was “no”. But I start to doubt when I read configuration
guide about SR-IOV driver. Particularly the following bugs:

Hi All,
Does Openstack support the feature that allows a tenant VM obtaining IP from
external DHCP server when it boots up?
I tried it on Liberty via dashboard. It seems that VM cannot be spawn up on a
network without subnet assigned.
