Hey Upendra,
Are you using same ESXi host as compute node? Can you run virsh list on VM1
to check if you are not using default KVM/qemu.

Hi Mayur,
I think [1] might help you.
ask.openstack.org is a nice place to find answers to some of the starting
issues we get with openstack or devstack.

I have seen the same issue yesterday with my devstack, where the images
were not available due to some issue with swifft as glance backend and it
was giving the same no valid host was found error on dashboard.

Hi Kevin,
Can you check in /var/log/glance/glance-registry.log on controller node, I
believe you might be having an ImageNotFoundException. Also can you verify
on compute node you have updated /etc/nova/nova.conf with
glance_host=controller?

Hi Guillaume,
You can certainly do that. I have done different kinds of different grizzly
installations on my laptop (quad core with 8gb ram) with virtualbox and
currently doing the same for Havana release. As long as you are doing it
for small tests/POCs it works just fine.

Hello,
I am installing Havana on Ubuntu 12.04, getting following error in keystone
root@havana-controller:/home/openstack-admin# keystone-manage db_sync
2013-10-16 11:29:11.158 18726 CRITICAL keystone [-] (OperationalError)
(2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on 'havana-controller' (111)") None
You can do it with QEMU. It works just fine. with the performance you can
expect from nested virtualization.
