er Ceph you should take a look at Ceph RBD not CephFS (
http://ceph.com/docs/master/rbd/rbd/). It is stable and works great for me.

Thanks for the response.
I thought that you want to boot VMs from pxe not nodes. In case of
puppet/chef on github there is a lot of cookbooks and scripts for both.
They will probably require some modifications but it is still better than
nothing:)

nsidered booting instances from volumes stored in ceph? In such
case you dont have to use pxe and keep os in memory. I suggest using
chef/puppet whatever is suitable for you for deployment.
