Hi, we may not change the username. But you can change registered email
address and then create a new account with correct username.
You shall need some tricky to change the Email, i.e. add a new one and
remove the old one.
This works for me.

HI ALL,
I setup a openstack env by devstack and create a alarm by aodh
and give a URL to the alarm's . but when the alarm
is evaluated and its state is transited from "insufficient data"
to "alarm". I can not receive any message for the notification.
