Installed openstack using devstack on ubuntu 14.04, all services working fine.
nova user is missing, id nova says no such user.
Not sure why is this so, any specific reason for this ?

I would imagine you'll need Internet connectivity for Docker Engine to pull

After using a physical server(which supports virtualization) with
[libvirt]
virt_type=kvm
in nova.conf,nova instances are working as expected for SOS-CI.
But I remembered that one month ago performance of nova instances with qemu
was good.
