Hi all,
I'm a newer to heat, now I have met some problems.
Now I just want to use heat template to do some post-processing after a nova
instance launched.
So I have used the diskbuilder-image to build a fedora image including
heat-config-script hook.
So, my heat steps are:

Hi,
we had this problem on our Icehouse cloud, it was a MTU related problem
(using the gre tunnels). We had to adjust the MTU on all network interfaces
(1700 instead of 1500)

Hi,
I am configuring SR-IOV with neutron on juno release as given here:

Hello Geeks,
I have installed Juno 3 node setup. I am able to launch a Centos6.4 image
successfully(image size of 328MB). But when I tried to edit files inside VM
using 'vi' , terminal gets hung. I updated vi package to 'vim-enhanced' , still
the issue continues.
I have enough resource for my

Yes, for what it's worth, we manage all our public cloud regions with instances
running on XenServer in a small private cloud. That small installation is
managed by Vms manually created on a small number of XenServer machines. This

The issue occurs when there are two external networks. l3-agent complains
in the log file that when two external networks are present, the
gateway_external_network_id must be specified as below.

Hi,
I am facing a strange issue where in juno, creating a router does not
create a namespace. I even attached router to subnet and set external
gateway and still nothing happens.
The router's ports are in 'down' status and they are not seen when i do
'ovs-vsctl show'
use_namespace is True in l3-a
Hey guys sorry for the delayed reply. The problem was with the whitelist. I
had whitelisted the id of the physical function instead of the virtual
function.

Hi Dhanesh,
Yes, this should be possible – there is no additional coupling between the
compute node and the network node when running with XenServer and as such they
can easily be running as two separate virtual machines.
In terms of the setup, you might want to look at

sorry its 2.3.0 not 2.1.3
