I can't find that upload from was previous logs but I now try to upload
same image once again. In glance there was exactly same error. In swift

I ran below test on juno devstack server:
./run_tempest.sh tempest.api.volume.test_volumes_actions
But it is failed.
test_volume_upload test is failed.
Its unable to upload volume as a image.
so i analyzed g-api log.
I also looked in others logs what you suggested earlier but i did not find
