Hi all,
I am using devstack on Ubuntu 12.04 server with kvm hypervisor. I upgraded
libvirt from 0.9.8 to 1.2.1. Due to which I can not create instance and
hypervisor is not getting connected.

When I tried to do this in horizon web interface, openstack created and
returned me an IP automaticly,not what I wanted.
My question is how can I allocate an IP I specified other than the IPs
openstack created to instance ?
