It seems that the requirement for keys of HostManager.service_state is just to
be unique;
these do not have to be valid hostnames or queues (Already, existing code casts
messages to .. Michael, doesn't it?). So, I tried
'/' as 'host' of capabilities. Then,
HostManager.service_state i
ves self.host
unchanged.
WeightedHost.host_state is this HostState. So, host at filter_scheduler.py:203
is service['host']. We can use existing code about RPC target. Do I miss
something?
