[Openstack] Swift account-reaper continually producing a traceback

Hi a quick question, I just branched from lp:nova and fetched revision number 1500. Whereas lp:nova/Diablo is at revno 1617. Is this just because of the fork which occurred at rbp? I'm asking because it looks like some bits of code, such as the Quantum Manager, which was included in Diablo-rbp,
