I think you may be misunderstanding what OpenStack provides. CloudFoundry, Amazon *Elastic Beanstalk* and Heroku are all Platform as a Service providers. (Well, CloudFoundry is software for providers, not a provider itself) OpenStack and Amazon *EC2* are Infrastructure as a Service providers (Wel
