I can assign the bug to me ,but can't assign the blueprint .

and its mentioned in this bug (

anyone actively working on this. If you'd lik
openstack doesn't support this feather now,but with quantum in the
future ,it may be possible,there is a relative blueprint for this .

I tried to find a way to add a network adapter to running VM without needing to
restart it but could not find an API to apply it.
As I understand KVM allows such functionality :

Is it supported or considered for Folsom?
