[Openstack] Keystone & LDAP integration

Hi Folks, we're trying to set up keystone with ldap. so far, so good. we can authenticate. but we can not give the admin-user 'god'-rights. Through tweaks of the policy.json-file it's possible that the admin-user sees all tenants, but he doesn't get the 'admin' tab in horizon. Any help is really
