from very large images (>20G) necessitate investigating
all aspects of provisioning process. The reason one can have very large
images is due to VM snapshotting or software bundling etc.

found that it not only requires a large number
of dependencies, as some of them are only available in the not yet released
RHEL 6.3 (like dnsmasq-utils), but that it also requires python 2.7.

I am sure it has been discussed, but booting an instance from a volume
stored on SAN (similar to EBS) is clearly an important use case for private
clouds...
