Better yet why not add support in Glance for automatically determining
those things (distro, versions, etc)[1]. That way you don't have to rely on
people doing the right thing.

virtualization and deployment scenario you would like to use. For
example I have some deployments on KVM (using qemu for computing
nodes), and on LXC where KVM was used for running server instances. I

The novnc package included in 12.04 is outdated/broken.
I know Chuck is planning to fix it ASAP..
In the meantime, I hacked together a fixed .deb.. I can stick it somewhere
