Andy,
I once also had this error. It appears to be the
result of not or not properly configured makefiles.
Try to execute
ms\do_ms.bat
first and afterwards
ms\32all.bat

I would prefer to use the standard functions provided by openSSL.
So is this a bug? Has anyone experienced similar problems???
